Yesterday, Gavin Newsom tweeted that we should “continue the work” of Charlie Kirk and honor his memory. This morning, centrist columnist Ezra Klein published a column titled “Charlie Kirk Was Practicing Politics The Right Way.”

In one interview with Riley Gaines on Real America’s Voice, Kirk railed against “the decline of American men” and blamed it for transgender equality. Then he added that people should have “just took care of” transgender people “the way we used to take care of things in the 1950s and 60s.”

the article has several other quotes from him, but that one is pretty much enough to tell you all you need to know.

my lawyer has advised me to state that I believe murder is bad. also, fuck Charlie Kirk, and fuck anyone who’s working to whitewash his image.

The unfortunate thing about Newsom is I respected him as San Fran mayor. Not sure where he went off the rails.

Well, kirk got took care of the way his people would have taken care of people.

And, the 2A was used just the way he wanted.

      Everyone should rejoice!

There is nothing centrist about supporting his hate.

“The decline of American men” simply means these fucksticks are pissed they don’t just get whatever they want. I have no issue with D/s, but that’s a consent thing, not a default.

Like, my ex-wife still wears my substantial (1.5kg) wedding collar 14 years later, but I still respect her agency. And I did most of the cooking while we were together.

the only mention of “centrist” in the paragraph I quoted was “centrist columnist Ezra Klein”

so I’m not really sure what your point is. are you saying Ezra Klein isn’t a centrist, but instead farther to the right?

Absolutely not. I don’t subscribe to the concept of not speaking ill of the dead.

If they wanted that, they shouldn’t have been an asshole in life.
