When I moved Windows from hdd to ssd I used EaseUs disk cloning, they had an option specifically for migrating windows, there were some issues along the way, but somehow I managed it (I think I had to physically disconnect the old windows HDD for the windows on the SSD to load)
So I would wipe the ssd, migrate windows properly with disk cloning and then set up Linux dual boot.

Refactor code to get rid of tech debt to speed up the development again.
So basically refactor old features and code to remove tech debt before starting work on new features, so it’s easier to implement them.
Developers always knew that. PMs always hated that.

I would guess you’d need a model that’s at least just as powerful and smart as the original model that created the content. Otherwise it’s like asking a 10 year old to proof read an article written by an adult.
