I think what they’re saying is a firmware update changed the TVs programing so it now switches automatically without giving a prompt and a solution might be to disconnect the TV from the internet and try to re-install a previous version with a usb stick.

Man I wish gamefly would go digital the way that gamepass is instead of trying to be a game streaming service
