Rough attempt to summarize:

• Ensign Gomez spills hot chocolate on Picard
• Q refreshes his uniform while also goading him on, such that Picard rejects Q’s assistance
• Q drags the Enterprise to the Delta Quadrant to meet the Borg
• Picard relents and Q gives a rather smug “I told you so” and warns him to prepare
• Borg work their way to the Alpha Quadrant, resulting in the abduction of Picard and the Battle of Wolf 359
• Battle of Sector 001 (Sol Sytem)
• Janeway destroys transwarp network and poisons the Collective
• Remaining Borg ally with rogue Changelings to infiltrate Starfleet

We’re talking s2 of TNG through s3 of Picard. 30+ years of commitment.
