Pffft.
Janeway didn’t order Tuvix murdered.
She stepped up like a goddamn lady and did it herself.
Recently started playing Star Trek Voyager: Across the Unknown. I killed Tuvix, and I’ll do it again on my 2nd play-through.
I got to that part the other day and I was curious to spare him just to see what would happen but I couldn’t bring myself to do it. Did a manual save point and killed him, then reloaded the save and did it again. No regrets.
Janeway did nothing wrong.
She saved neelix.
Honestly, I could’ve gone either way on Neelix. Tuvok was cool, though.
The real crime.
Didn’t she like, assist the borg in committing genocide?
She didn’t have her coffee she can’t be held responsible.

AND I’D DO IT AGAIN!
“If it wasn’t for those meddling temporal offficers.”
A few issues with this.
Firstly, I’m pretty sure I remember doing it herself.
Secondly, I don’t think she’d need to be pressured into a shouting match. She’d just say it. “Yes, I did it. It was a tough call to make, but I had to make it.”
While I agree with you on what canonical Janeway would do, “A Few Good Men” (in which the senior officer does yell during the climax) is a fun movie to parody with Trek situations.
There is a reason why the Starfleet leadership promoted Janeway to be a desk Admiral and get her as far away from the Chair as possible.
Oh but Janeway wanted to be a desk admiral. She was quite clear about it in one episode; when she gets back home she’ll accept the promotion and be done commanding a ship.
