His outrageous French caricature from “Stardust City Rag” was perfectly terrible.
It’s what I imagine the producers (or who ever made the accent decision on TNG) seemed to hate.
Takes a special level of acting to pull this off!

I’ve only seen all of the original and TNG, before my current chronological watch through (just started strange new worlds) and I thought I had not really seen star trek lol
