Took me a while to figure it out. I believe there’s a fourth person in the back who’s almost entirely hidden. Their hands are above her hips. And I think you can a kneeling leg or something down low on the ground

That looks like a fake foot.
There’s a scene with a pile of munitions that I suspect includes the weapon in question.

I think he’s looking at his own hand to the right side of TPol. Like he was positioning his hand before facing the camera for the picture.
Or looking at who I’m assuming is Bakula behind Jolene.
