The Borg assimilate buffer time from Scotty; that makes the entire collective several percent more efficient and turns out to be the secret to the Borg taking over the entire galaxy.
I read this as “bong cube” initially, and was both confused and intrigued.
Scotty will simply beam all of them in the transport buffer until their patterns decay beyond any recognition. Just make sure he flushes the buffer when he’s done.
