Best captain in all of Star Trek? That’s easy.
Captain Proton!!!
Can’t mention Proton without Queen Arachnia.
I love this nonsense side quest stuff that showcases how the characters want to have fun. It really adds to a character to know if their idea of a good time is bikini beach babes and cocktails or living out some Sherlock Holmes novel. It also allows for some humorous over the top antics and outfits!
Khaaaaaaaaaan!!!

Not you. The real choice should be obvious.
Thank you. It’s not hard at all.
I am fluent in JavaScript as well as Klingon, and the question is not that hard.
Archer
Both are gross towards women but Picard is a little bit less gross.
Nah, Picard was the gross one. He made the decision to date a subordinate in Lessons, and it ended with the woman in question transferring to another ship.
Kirk pointedly kept it in his pants when it came to the women under his command (unless he was under the influence of an alien virus, or artificial memories, or personality altering transporter accident…)
I forgot about that episode. TOG was still more difficult for me to watch though due to the way Kirk talks about women when they’re not present and the way he watches them when they walk away. But it’s not a race, kirk and Picard can both be gross.
Both? I like them both.
Yes.
But also Picard is best pony; fight me.
Picard more I guess. I’d certainly prefer to serve under Picard, without question.
But both of them are what Starfleet and the Federation needed at the time.
