You always want to see people get good counsel, as it protects against the defendant claiming ineffective assistance of counsel later. But it really would be hilarious if this was the case

I do not want to minimize that he is, in fact, a rapist, but rather to highlight our legal system’s inadequacies: he has never been criminally convicted of sexual assault. He has been found civilly liable, which forces him to pay damages, but doesn’t put him in jail.
