Corporate tactic, very secret: Don’t self-destruct.
The manufacturers of phones provide security updates for 3-4 years, then expecting you to toss your device. Our economy is designed for non-sustainability and inefficiency.

Let’s make it mandatory that 15-20% of gross sales be given directly to developers, once sales start. That would fix this. Customers can choose within that range. But let’s make it default to 20%.

The year of the Linux desktop everyone! Everyone?

If it is not profitable to recycle it, then whoever sold it in the first place should pay for the recycling.

I’m still not sure why this is here.

A common problem with windows is that it doesn’t respect user settings. Every update it tries to reset things. It is malicious behaviour.

So west African nations are exporting their catches instead of selling domestically. Is this what is happening? I’m guessing exports are more lucrative than selling domestically. If they want it to stay in country; I guess they need regulation or subsidies.

Nicely done!I agree that the ak is too recognisable. The rest of them are mostly fine to my eye.
Unifying quantum theory and general relativity?

Because someone can just host a CP instance and now that instance even if defederated from other instances still provides a safe space for pedophiles to share content and other illegal stuff.
That is no different than someone just hosting their own webserver for the same purpose. They would find themselves in jail pretty quickly. If they do federate; they would be announcing their own existence. That would not be in their interest if they wanna fly under the radar.
Regarding names, I don’t really know. Maybe instances can have blacklists of allowed names, if they care about it. Perhaps they leave the responsibility of blocking users you don’t like, to you.

You can choose between a pair of nintendo power gloves or tattooing your fingertips and little qr-codes on the fingernails.
Perhaps it’s easier to ask copilot or chatgpt. A quick but slightly inaccurate response might satisfy the user better.
Not sure I understand the reasoning for discontinuing. Google standing in the way? Not enough f-droid users benefiting from it? It didn’t see development cause it was already feature complete?
