1·30 days agoAnyone gone back to school for an advanced degree after working in the field for a long time? What was your experience like?
The thought entered my mind to go back to school and get a Masters or something. I have 14 years in the field already but my bachelor’s was unrelated. Anyone else done something similar and have any input?

You need a method to quick jot stuff down in the moment. I use google keep for those thoughts/ideas. It’s on my phone, very low friction always to just pull it out and get something out of my head. Make it good later, just use your notes app (or an actual notepad if you’re oldschool) to get it out of your head so you can think of other stuff without worrying about losing it.
You mean y’all have adventuring parties that aren’t composed entirely of weird lil guys?
They used to just hit http://localhost/:<various ports>/cc.png which connected to your Creative Cloud app directly, but then Chrome started blocking Local Network Access, so they had to do this hosts file hack instead.

Your worn items just kind of morph into your body when you wildshape. You don’t have to strip naked to go from humanoid to animal, for instance.
Magic is rare in most settings.
RAW that wouldn’t do anything though.
TNG infamously had an episode about an asshole captain who, among other things, made arbitrary and annoying changes to the scheduling system. Did you feel the same way about it then? It just seems to me that bureaucratic and management difficulties are a totally plausible problem to deal with in starfleet.
