The “alien” is modeled after Mr. Spock from Star Trek. The border guard (INS was the predecessor agency to ICE and USCIS) is the violent immigration enforcer.
If there’s one place you can expect aliens, it’s in New Mexico. They have been making regular appearances since 1949!
