Thanks! Any feedback on what I can improve? Definitely needs something on the left. And the ships are pretty bad. Might remake them at some point.
Maybe a waterwheel to break up the coastline?
I already have one at my starter base and I don’t think that would fit in with the vibe of a harbour but I might make more buildings and ships. Thanks though.

You could add a couple warehouses, maybe a dry dock where ships are built or repaired. I think your ships look pretty good, I can’t give you any advice on that, since I never build ships. :) Maybe a dock could extend out more and have a section at right angles to it where a ship could pull up alongside for loading/unloading cargo.
Maybe toward the water’s end on the left behind that one ship you could have a marina area for the small personal boats of the townspeople and/or house boats.
