Generic Vyvanse finally became available a year or two ago. It’s the only one that works well for me without wildly swinging my emotions all over the place.

I go in a combo of Velafaxin and Metilfelidato that helps me to stay awake and less vitaly overwhelmed by -wide movement pointing…everything - Also is less, statistically significant, hard to focus. I still struggle to start a lot of tasks, but it is quite different if I have nothing on my body.

Edit: 40 years of struggle doesn’t go away that easy, after all
