    This is super minor. We can only hope it’s a cover for something more life threatening.

    …or better, that the next guy doesn’t miss. Counting on medical issues to take out a tyrant historically doesn’t work out that well - fucking cockroaches never just die on their own.

      The swelling also occurs with late stage heart failure. Which is why they were so quick to announce a diagnosis that didn’t indicate he’d die soon.
