Six is the actual threshold of clinical criteria for a diagnosis

Feeling like a child in an adult body

    Is this an ADHD thing?

If the reason for it is that adults are supposed to get shit done and you can’t

Agreed. I do feel like I’m a child but I didn’t think it was ADHD related.

It’s because I can’t get anything done as an adult. I have to pay quarterly taxes and it never happens on time so I get a penalty every year.

        Just one example.

All checks out but I’m calling bullshit. The column with “called annoying” is paired with exclusively annoying behaviours (and being sleep deprived or understimmed always leads to annoying someone). The game is rigged.

Yeah so all of these apply. It’d make more sense to do this daily. That way some of them might not be there lol

Edit: except sticky notes. I take my notes on hundreds of different notebooks and note taking apps then forget where they wrote everything, like a sophisticated person lol

What does “They thought of doing it makes me crazy” mean? What is “it”? Who are “they”? Why did “they” think of me doing “it”?
