I would suggest making a mene with a virus that has a DNA genome … (eg hepatitis virus)
… or just use RNA (“RiboNucleic Acid”) as the example, humans need it just as much to function as DNA (“DeoxyriboNucleic Acid”).(But sure, Ebola needs our DNA in the sense that otherwise we wouldn’t be alive. But so do nuclear weapons in order to kill humans.)

I don’t know about you, but I’m still alive, some would argue. Physically at least.
It’s so dangerous that 100% of people who never come in contact with it also die.
I don’t think you can make a person without it, so having one which has never been in contact with it would be quite a challenge.
