Recouping is probably the wrong word here, since no value is actually transferred to the working class from vandalism or arson. Restitution would be more accurate.
Recouping would occur in theft-scenarios.
They’re saying the repair work will also be done by the working class, so by damaging Musk’s windows, you’re guaranteeing work for his glass cutters
He’s not saying the op is wrong but that the OP used the wrong word.
I’m disagreeing. I think it is recouping, so long as it’s done with that intention. Though I don’t agree that it’s actually a good strategy lol
