Why live in a world where we can name boats but not cars
Some would consider having specialized license plates as naming their cars.

I don’t know why, I’d say it’s likely a matter of legibility. I looked it up and the only wiggle room you have is the framing, the back material (either steel or plexiglas) and whether it’s written on 1 or 2 lines.
But you can name your car
