The user probably wasn’t running as admin (elevated) while deleting the file, so as far as the system knows, he may not be allowed to know which process is accessing the file.
If you’ve ever worked at a company, you probably were running Windows while simultaneously not owning your computer.
“Hey can I rent this apartment?”
“Let me check… Seems like it’s already occupied”
“Omg who is occupying it?”
“Let me print out their name and contact details for you”

5·1 year agoI have custom formats in my profiles, and nowhere there did I see any option to prevent titles in multiple languages being searched. Could you please be more specific as to where exactly I can find that setting?

2·2 years agoPeople will seriously believe anything just to feel superior. No wonder most people spewing bullshit like this are losers in dire need of feeling like they’re worth something.

No point sending the code to your phone when it’s displayed right there. The idea of doing this is making sure nobody has stolen your password, because they still need access to your phone before they can access your account.
