Yeah it sure does all that.

Yeah maybe the problem is consensus. Some believe one others a different one.
I would love this but as a meme like those two crows from Rick and Morty.

Science Fiction@lemmy.world•[DISCUSSION] Foundation S02E05 - The Signted and the Seen (Spoilers) [BOOK READERS]
1·3 years agoIt’s been a while since I read the books, but if memory serves right the reveal of the second foundation was a big surprise. As well as the identity of the mule. But the show seems to have deviated from those ideas.
Also the empire and dem story makes me think of the empire books, but I dont recall much about them.
From what I remember Asimov decided way late to combine all his series together almost like an after thought. Robot empire and foundation.
Anyways I like the mentalics shown off in this episode. But I worry showing them off so soon is gunna cause problems when we get to the mule era stories.

Science Fiction@lemmy.world•What are you Reading? (August 2023)
7·3 years agoCurrently reading Blindsight, I’m honestly surprised how many people get interested when I tell them I’m reading about space vampires.
Needed it to take a break from all the new to me ideas in three body problem. Learned lots about chinese history. Wasnt ready for the second one.
Blindsight feels like all the scifi trope bundled together.

I’ve had luck with puppy Linux on 32-bit machines. I also got arch32 working on a few. Arch is a steepper learning curve as the arch-install script doesn’t work on 32. Related there’s quite a group keeping parabola working on all manner of systems including 32, if libre is more your style.
