    Do I need to watch all the other crap marvel movies after endgame to understand this?

      They’re not all crap, but no.

      Obviously I haven’t seen the movie so I don’t actually know for sure, but I would expect it to be like Infinity War where you also didn’t need to have seen everything that came before it, but if you have then you’ll probably notice things from those films.

      As an example in the opening of Infinity War we find Thor, Loki and Hulk in space. Is it required to know the events of Thor Ragnarok in order to appreciate Infinity War? No. But is it a bonus to know what Thor, Loki and Hulk were up to? Yes.

      My understanding is that it is a direct sequel to Endgame. Some of the stuff that happened since will have mattered, and characters you don’t yet know will be in it, but the story beats extend from Endgame.

      If you chose to watch one thing, I would suggest the two season Loki show, but even that they will introduce to the audience with enough information to catch up.
