TLDR is they can work on a cost effectiveness stand point, especially in hilly environs, however they lack an ability to scale passengers up.
On it’s face, I’m failing to see the logic of this apart from a tourist view. Surges for events (Mile High, Coors, etc) and the existing infrastructure which could be expanded makes me wonder if there aren’t better options.
Maybe it’s not for you, more of a Shelbyville idea anyhow…
