The eclipse photo might be my favorite from the mission so far. That’s an incredible shot.
it’s especially cool how close the moon feels. as if it’s finally in reach again.
Off topic, but how cool would it be if NASA started its own Pixelfed server for official pictures like this?

The “download” buttons link to images that end in ~large.jpg but if you change them to ~orig.jpg you get the original images (they even still have the EXIF data).
And if you look really close on the right hand side, you can just make out the disturbed ground surrounding the entrance to the underground Chinese base.
