I hold that view alongside the view of the wider (everyone else except doctors) that there is a huge discrepancy between. 1 What the nurses were told about their % pay award being the absolute limit vs the % uplift recieved by the doctors 2. Getting rid of the entirety of NHS England without evidence to suppor his claims of “not needed” 3. Agreement to fund Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) HUGE redundancies to cover thier downsizing. No plan or sense of how CCGs can even function (keep patients safe, or even consider the ongoing activity) without those people. 4. ALL other staff being screwed with pay awards and now laving in their droves.

So yes, he’s a dickheads without a plan.
