The one that works best for your use case.
Azure Linux, because why wouldn’t you want Microsoft in your Linux? /s
Personally I like SpywareOS
WSL
MacOS.
Tap for sarcasm
/S
That’s a BSD distro
I know
I like Debian, for the many ways to customize, adjust, and change settings
Obviously ChromeOS. What’s not to love about a web-only operating system?

Slackware is all anyone needs.
Asking the hard-hitting questions when no one else is brave enough
Arch, newest drivers and shit.
Nobara, user friendly, game ready, easy for windows plebs to pick up
Tbh, that’s a kinda boring question. Only total beginners will have a strong opionion. Everyone who’s been around the block for a while knows that you use the right tool for the right job and also understands that people have different preferences.
If there really was a clear “best Linux distro” for all use cases, then there would not be Linux distros but one clear winner that everyone uses.
There’s a bunch of good distros, there are enough lists of them, each with their own advantages and disadvantages. That’s as far as you’ll get with posts like this.
And it’s quite plain to see that the crowd here is a bit more adult than the kids in the Linux subs on Reddit.
Are you looking to switch?
In general, though? Biebian: https://biebian.sourceforge.net/
Or Red Star OS: https://archiveos.org/redstar/
Depends if you are a systemd or openbox person.
