I remember that time Facebook had a random text in a page saying “This text should never be visible in production” or something like that.
At my previous job we had a “this should never come up” error case
Error message for that was “if you see this, kick XYZ’s ass”
Of course we soon got a customer ticket to please relay the ass kicking
