The new Veeam Software Appliance, scheduled for release in the second half of 2025, will eventually give the option for auto patching and upgrading.

    I just spent a couple weeks rebuilding our veeam setup from scratch and the whole time I was wishing they’d come out with something like this. One less windows server is certainly welcome.
