Oof sorry to hear that. I used to be so into dota, but I had to put that part of my life behind me
Nothing specific but swapping to Lemmy I realized that it was a lot of big subs but not smaller video game subs :( so I guess in general if there are games you play, go be active in those communities!
Just thought I’d add that I’ve found startrek@startrek.website to be great and quite active
It’s run by the r/startrek and r/daystrominstitute mods.
I’m completely biased, but !bicycles@lemmy.ca has been very decently active!
