Awesome idea! Wish this was a nationwide website

This NEEDS to be rolled out to Canada, specifically Ontario. Our legal system for dealing with rental disputes is so overwhelmed that landlords are just doing as they please with no regard for the law.

Just wait until the landlords find the app and then either sue the devs or just fill the place with out of control bots/people in 3rd world countries spamming great reviews on a property.
