    The ratio is probably even worse than that in practice. That’s the target rate, but it’s not like they’re recovering bodies to confirm anything.

    At that point why even pretend you have a ratio, just admit you’re willing to kill everyone to get to the one you want. They’re starving all of Gaza anyway, why not just make it official
