Monarch ! the slowest band on earth a French Drone metal band who is heavy as hell and plays so slowly that it’s edge between music and noise. Pretty great if you want to set-up a dark-ambience or want to chill out over slow music.
Also they’re great on stage and the musicians are accessible like you can talk with them after the concert
Technically they’re just over the 5000 monthly listeners limit (6955), but Xanthochroid is still relatively unknown and my favorite band of all time, so I can’t not share them.
I have no idea how to judge the number of listeners, but Norwegian artist Making Marks (formerly mylittlepony) is great.
And Nineteen Forty-Five literally has no bad tracks on either of their published LPs.
People tend to use monthly listeners on Spotify for this. It’s not a perfect metric as other platforms isn’t included, but it does the job
200ish listeners a month… Criminal. This will likely be my hip hop album of the year if not the album of the year for me
Walker Kong, with 47 monthly listeners.
I found one of their albums at a record store in Vancouver a few years ago. The band is defunct now, but they’re the best kind of weird.
The Nature Centre - art-pop from Birmingham, UK. They’re great!
Maybe my favorite band at the moment

Also if you’re into pop punk
dhruv
some songs are too good
Pretty sure this guy only has a YouTube
Back to the point, they have some great stuff
And The Warlock Pinchers, who broke up like 30 years ago, but if you know, you know.
