A sad day, but also a moment to be grateful for all his work. Ever since I’ve learned how to use Vim I have never looked back, electron-based editors be damned.

I had just started getting deep into using Vim a couple of months ago and it continues to impress me in it’s usefulness. Shame to hear that the creator has passed on.
