  • Keep your work cloths on when you get home until you’ve made a meal.

I’ve found if I quit the “work mode” and get cozy my odds decrease exponentially. If I don’t have someone to cook for (which is easier than cooking for self).

    Trick your brain.

Get some ready to eat meals from Costco. Most the time youre just heating in a pot for good food that can be jazzed up as needed for minimal effort.

Heb has meal simples that are incredible one portion oven meals for like $10

  • I get it. Am this way to an extent. Mom for me.

Recently attempted to be social at work. Out of the 5, 1 is worth spending additional time with.

If you are comfortable with yourself and who you are, it may take a bit to meet people you actually enjoy.

If you feel like something is wrong with you therapy would not hurt. Reccomend it for everyone to get them the self care tools they need/want.

In my experience I was attempting to be social out of obligation and why it always felt like pulling teeth to do anything is because I didn’t really like the people I was with.

    Wish you luck bb 🙏

  • Everyone’s personal comfort level.

Give tech classes to elderly. Explaining to them the iphone photo face recognition saw several of their eyes bug out of their head. Some loved it.

Totally agree about the self ostracization. While I agree with the sentiment you’ll cripple yourself socially.

Finding your personal comfort zone is the tech journey

  • Bought a 9 incher for server because I sucked at remoting in.

Fairly delicate but it was like 40 dollars. It is serviceable and serves the need. Am able to complete simple tasks via the touch screen. It kinda spazzes out with multi selecting/ touch but again 40 dollars.

Cords are fairly obtrusive but never bugged me. Solved by getting on that’s mini hdmi or c like the other poster mentioned.

Can turn it off with a little switch in the back which it’s mostly off. No issue on power up. Quicker than my dells honestly

I realize this is the dumbest setup but it works 🤷
