I know this is a Linux space, and I love Linux but my Windows 11 box runs just fine. I haven’t had any problems with it.

It’s open source and not owned by an evil corporation. It doesn’t have ads. It doesn’t mine my data and sell it to the highest bidder. It doesn’t have AI shoved in every nook and cranny. It’s much lighter to run. I can easily run it on a 10 year old laptop.

Defaults to ‘BlueZ X.YZ’, if Name is not set here and plugin ‘hostname’ is not loaded.

The plugin ‘hostname’ is loaded by default and overides the Name set here so

consider modifying /etc/machine-info with variable PRETTY_HOSTNAME=<NewName> instead.

The only parameter set in /etc/bluetooth/main.conf is Auto-Enable=True.
